Return Policy
Customized products can’t be returned for fit or preference—so please review choices carefully. If we send the wrong design, model, or size, we’ll cover return shipping and remake it.

Free shipping on orders >$20 (including covered returns). Standard processing times vary by item; digital products include immediate download instructions.
5. User Profile Data Deletion
To delete your webapp account and data, email support@davinciinyou.com with subject “User Data Deletion Request,” include your login email and a brief request. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
